The Fort Wayne Sports Corporation's annual Party in the Park event, hosted by Eric Wedge - Manager of the Seattle Mariners, took place on February 1, 2013 from 6 - 9 pm in the Suite Level Lounge at Parkview Field.  Proceeds from the event went to Charis House and the FWSC.  Summit City Chevrolet graciously sponsored PIP III.  The event featured:

• Hors d' oeuvres
• Cash bar
• Local area sports celebrities like DeDee Nathan, Lloy Ball and Eric Wedge
• Live & silent auction items, including a three-day trip to Seattle to see Mariners games
• Honorary awards given to local sports individuals and organizations that have had an impact in our community
• Fireworks over the field
